We are a litigation boutique located in the heart of
Illinois’ Fox Valley. We specialize in the
representation of insurers, self-insureds and third-
party administrators (TPAs) primarily in subrogation
matters, but also in claims defense and coverage
disputes. As a result of our location, we handle
litigation as primary and local counsel in the
western suburban Chicago “collar counties” of
Kane, DuPage, Kendall, Will and DeKalb. In
addition, we also are also available to handle
matters in Chicago’s Cook County and the U.S.
District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
